Finding Clarity and purpose – held in english

Living with intention means focussing on what is really important to you.

An intention has many facets: it can be a concrete project, the realisation of a heartfelt wish, a personal guiding principle or living in alignment with your true values.

Sandra WichertPsychologist FSP in Psychosynthesis
As a psychologist, Sandra accompanies people in difficult life circumstances and managers with personnel challenges. She encourages people to mindfully reflect on their challenges. Through this process they gain a deeper understand and meaningful insights that lead to more clarity, personal growth and sustainable change.

In addition to her professional experiences, Sandra has undergone a personal growth process that was significantly shaped by her breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 33. This challenge turned her life and plans upside down, but she learned to accept the situation. This experience has gifted her with personal growth, vitality, a new awareness, and gratitude, inspiring her to live in the moment and realize her visions. In 2018, she fulfilled her wish to travel through South America for six months before living in London for two years and returning to Switzerland in April 2021. In recent years, she has engaged more deeply with Buddhist philosophy, particularly the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, which led her to a stay at Plum Village in France. Mindfulness, living in the present, and meditation are important elements of her therapeutic work.

Her education and training include:
– Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield
– Psychologist (FSP*) in Psychology of Psychosynthesis, University of Sussex, UK
– 5DL Leadership Coaching Diploma, Institute of Psychosynthesis, London
– Business Economist FH, Chur
